2. Information stored on your device

GlideCue stores your scripts, saved-script titles, teleprompter settings, language and appearance preferences, onboarding state, and related app preferences locally on your iPhone. This information is used only to provide the app’s features.

NeoDrill has no server that receives this information and cannot view it remotely. Local app data may be included in device backups managed by you and Apple, depending on your iPhone and backup settings.

3. Microphone and speech recognition

When you choose Voice Follow and start playback, GlideCue requests microphone and speech-recognition permission. Audio is processed in real time using speech recognition available on your device so GlideCue can match your spoken position with the script.

GlideCue requires on-device recognition for this feature. If on-device recognition is unavailable, Voice Follow does not send your speech to a NeoDrill service and cannot start. GlideCue does not create or retain an audio recording. Recognized words are held temporarily in memory for script alignment and are not saved or uploaded.

4. Device motion

GlideCue may use the iPhone’s motion information while the floating teleprompter is active to keep its content upright as you rotate the device. Motion information is processed temporarily on the device and is not retained or uploaded.

5. Collection, tracking, and sharing

GlideCue does not transmit your scripts, audio, recognized speech, usage activity, identifiers, or diagnostics to NeoDrill. The app does not include advertising networks, tracking technologies, or third-party analytics and crash-reporting SDKs. NeoDrill does not sell or share app data because it does not receive app data.

Apple may process information independently when it distributes the app or provides operating-system services. Apple’s handling of that information is governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.

6. Your choices and deletion

You can edit or delete saved scripts in GlideCue, change permissions in iOS Settings, and stop microphone use by pausing or closing the teleprompter. Deleting GlideCue removes its local app container from the iPhone. Backups managed by you or Apple may follow separate retention rules.

Because NeoDrill does not receive your in-app data, it cannot access, export, or delete that data on your behalf.

7. Support communications

If you email NeoDrill for support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include, such as your device model, iOS version, screenshots, or problem description. We use that information only to respond, diagnose the issue, maintain reasonable support history, and meet legal obligations.

Please do not send private scripts or other sensitive content. You may request deletion of your support correspondence by contacting us, subject to any information we must retain by law.

8. Children

GlideCue is not designed to solicit personal information from children, and the app does not collect personal information from any user.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if GlideCue’s features or data practices change. The effective date and version at the top of this page identify the current policy. Material changes will be reflected here before the relevant app version is released whenever practical.

2. 保存在设备上的信息

GlideCue 会在你的 iPhone 本地保存稿件、已存稿件标题、提词器设置、语言与外观偏好、首次引导状态及相关 App 偏好。这些信息只用于提供 App 功能。

NeoDrill 没有接收这些信息的服务器，无法远程查看这些内容。根据你的 iPhone 和备份设置，本地 App 数据可能被包含在由你和 Apple 管理的设备备份中。

3. 麦克风与语音识别

当你选择语音跟读并开始播放时，GlideCue 会请求麦克风和语音识别权限。音频通过设备提供的语音识别能力实时处理，用于匹配你在稿件中的朗读位置。

语音跟读必须使用端侧识别。如果设备不支持端侧识别，GlideCue 不会把语音发送给 NeoDrill 的服务，而是无法启动语音跟读。GlideCue 不会生成或保留录音；识别文字只会短暂保存在内存中用于稿件位置匹配，不会保存或上传。

4. 设备运动信息

悬浮提词器运行时，GlideCue 可能使用 iPhone 的运动信息，在你旋转设备时保持悬浮内容方向正确。运动信息只在设备上临时处理，不会保留或上传。

5. 数据收集、追踪与共享

GlideCue 不会把你的稿件、音频、识别文字、使用活动、标识符或诊断信息传输给 NeoDrill。App 不包含广告网络、追踪技术、第三方分析 SDK 或第三方崩溃报告 SDK。NeoDrill 不会出售或共享 App 数据，因为 NeoDrill 不会收到这些数据。

Apple 在分发 App 或提供操作系统服务时，可能独立处理相关信息。这些信息由 Apple 按照其条款和隐私政策处理。

6. 你的选择与删除方式

你可以在 GlideCue 中编辑或删除已存稿件，在 iOS 设置中修改权限，并通过暂停或关闭提词器停止麦克风使用。删除 GlideCue 会从 iPhone 移除其本地 App 容器；由你或 Apple 管理的备份可能适用不同的保留规则。

由于 NeoDrill 不会收到你的 App 内数据，因此无法代你访问、导出或删除这些数据。

7. 主动联系支持时的信息

如果你通过邮件联系 NeoDrill，我们会收到你的邮箱地址，以及你主动提供的信息，例如设备型号、iOS 版本、截图或问题说明。这些信息只用于回复、诊断问题、保留合理的支持记录及履行法律义务。

请不要发送私人稿件或其他敏感内容。你可以联系我们删除支持邮件记录，但法律要求保留的信息除外。

8. 儿童隐私

GlideCue 不以索取儿童个人信息为设计目的，App 也不会收集任何用户的个人信息。

9. 政策变更

如果 GlideCue 的功能或数据处理方式发生变化，我们可能更新本政策。页面顶部的生效日期和版本号用于标识当前政策。在实际可行的情况下，重要变化会在相关 App 版本发布前体现在本页面中。
